Ms Skinnyfat

If you are following me on Instagram (you should if you need food or travel inspiration! Find me @msskinnyfat heh), you would notice that I've been spotting a shorter hairdo and I love it! Kudos to the Silkcut team for that. :)

I feel lighter and more refreshed definitely don't you think? Well if you don't remember, here's the horrible unmanageable long hair that I had! Haha. Not for the faint hearted!

Ok that was immediately after hot yoga class (it was in a bun) and Wendy told me there was no need to wash my hair. :P

So chop chop and 5 inches off, 500g lighter. It took me some time to convince Wendy that I needed shorter hair. Well, she knows that I'm super lazy when it comes to maintaining my hair- I do not style, I do not comb, I do not do a lot of stuff and that is unacceptable according to her. Ho ho. 

Well, so I was made to comb, blow, and straighten/curl my hair daily (just like any other decent human being). 

To make things simpler for me, my trust team- Wendy and Pin gave me a Keratin treatment to help tame my hair a little. I can't tell you how awesome this is. My friends had serious hair envy when they first saw and touched my tresses.

And for that boost of color, a Goldwell color treatment (orange) on top of a copper base. 

Walaa! I guess i'm more suited for warmer tones.

It's been a couple of weeks since i've gotten my cut and color and i'm surprised at how manageable it has been. The time saved from drying my hair has gone into straightening the ends but it's not that bad actually. :) And this hair attracted the attention of strangers at my yoga studio as well due to the excellent cut!
